GC-OS Scholarship Application

Please note that GC-OS scholarships will only be awarded to those who have also submitted an abstract for the Global Cardio-Oncology Summit (GC-OS). Scholarship applications must be submitted prior to the regular abstract submission deadline.

IC-OS is committed to increasing attendance of healthcare professionals from low-income countries at our annual GC-OS meeting. We provide a limited number of scholarships for this purpose in cases where attendance would not be possible without financial assistance.

This scholarship is given to healthcare professionals (such as physicians, nurses, imaging specialists, pharmacists, etc.) whose practice and/or research focuses on cardio-oncology care. Qualified applicants must affirm their inability to attend the GC-OS meeting without scholarship funds.

1. Applicant must work and live in a country of limited resources (see Eligible Countries List).
2. Applicant must be a healthcare professional, such as a physician, nurse, imaging specialist, or pharmacist, etc. working in cardio-oncology care.
3. Applicant must submit an abstract as first author to the GC-OS meeting and must apply prior to the abstract submission deadline.
4. Applicant does not have to be a member of IC-OS, but must register for the annual GC-OS meeting.
5. An applicant who haas previously been awarded a GC-OS scholarship is not eligible.

A limited number of scholarships will be awarded each year, based upon the availability of funds.
